- Acceptance of Terms:
By installing or using Flowstate (the “Extension”) or accessing any services provided by Flowstate Labs (“Flowstate,” “we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Extension.
- Eligibility & Account:
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Flowstate. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your browser profile or Paddle customer account.
- License & Intellectual Property:
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension in accordance with these Terms. All code, trademarks, and content remain our property or that of our licensors.
- Plans & Pricing:
Flowstate is offered in three tiers:- Tinkerer (Free) – Limited feature set.
- Flowstate Solo – Paid subscription granting access to YouTube or X filters.
- Flowstate Pro – Paid subscription unlocking all current and future platforms/features.
- Tinkerer (Free) – Limited feature set.
- Billing & Renewal:
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. By upgrading, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on file.
- Refunds:
Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy (see below). Paddle processes all eligible refunds back to the original payment method.
- Acceptable Use:
You agree not to:- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
- Use the Extension to violate any law or third-party terms of service.
- Circumvent usage limits, security features, or subscription gating.
- Misrepresent your identity or interfere with other users’ enjoyment of Flowstate.

- Updates & Beta Features:
We may push automatic updates or test experimental features. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new version.
- Disclaimer of Warranties:
Flowstate is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowstate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- Indemnity:
You agree to indemnify and hold Flowstate harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Extension.
- Governing Law & Dispute Resolution:
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
- Changes to Terms:
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-product message at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
