- 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee – If you are not satisfied, email support@flowstate.cc within 30 days of the initial purchase or renewal and we will issue a full refund.
- Requests after 30 days are assessed case-by-case for technical failures or billing errors.
- Partial Periods:
We do not pro-rate unused time on monthly or annual plans outside the 30-day window. - Chargebacks:
Please contact us first to resolve any issue. Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may result in immediate suspension of your account. - How to Request a Refund:
- Email team@flowstate.cc from the address used at checkout.
- Include your Paddle Order ID and reason for the request.
- Eligible refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Currency Differences & Fees:
Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency. Exchange-rate differences or bank fees are outside our control.
